This week though I learned of upcoming budget cuts here in Rohnert Park CA that will result in the permanent lock down of all public restrooms in our parks....leaving us with what option? UPDATE: THE CITY HAS REVERSED ITS POSITION AND IS KEEPING BATHROOMS OPEN.
